Fiva does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. Your name and avatar selection remain on your device. When you play online, your chosen username is used only within the session — it is never stored on our servers.

Online Multiplayer & Our Server

When you host or join an online game, your device connects to our WebSocket server at fiva.fivagame.com. This connection enables real-time gameplay between players.

Your chosen username is visible to other players in the same game session, just as it would be around a table. Once the game ends or you disconnect, this information is not retained. Our server maintains no persistent player records.

All game traffic between your device and our server is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS/WSS). No sensitive personal information is ever transmitted.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Fiva fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Because we collect no personal information from any user, we inherently collect none from children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or share personal information from anyone, regardless of age. Fiva contains no account creation, no advertising, and no behavioral tracking.
